    What Armenian genocide?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to add a side note here re: one of the "history" books listed on this site - The Penguin History of the World, by JM Roberts. He makes zero reference to the Armenian Genocide in 1915 of 1.2 million Armenian Christians (as well as Greeks and Assyrians) and ACTUALLY suggests that the reader should respect the Young Turks dictator/murderers. This book is highly suspect in terms of its integrety...he was in fact a member of Princeton Univ Advanced Studies Program - Princeton has been notorious for having History chairs funded in part by Turkish sources...my grandparents were survivors of the 1915 genocide...this book should be banished from any listing of true history books.

    Not for teaching!

I found many errors in spelling, citation, and accounts. This book jumps around while reporting information that keeps the reader in a constant state of what is going on.
I would not use this book for any type of education at all. Even when the writer mentions the Bible he does not reference it correctly. I do not know how this book made it throught editing.
