Recommended for a big brother.

I really enjoy this book because my daughter loves it. The only thing that i wish were changed, is if the book were laminated or hard cover, just because my daughter can't get enough of this book and carries it with her everywhere.

All Little Critter books are written from the perspective of a toddler. I read these to my son when he was small, and now I give them to the new young children in my life. They are excellent and touch on many topics that appeal to children.

I bought this book for my granddaugher. She is about 6 months away from potty training. She loved this book. She had her Mom and me read it over and over to her. She also really likes these little critter characters. The story also told that if you have an accident, that it is ok, these things happen and you will learn to go potty soon. I would recommend this book to any one who is going to have their child learn to us the potty.

The Potty Book is a great book for children. We love all of the Little Critters books, but this is one of the best. We bought this book when we were potty training our son. This book actually helped us potty train him! The book refers to the fact that Little Critter is a big boy and goes on the potty and that his little sister is just learning. Our son immediately identified with being the big brother and wanted to go on the potty. I would recommend this book for anyone with young children. We even bought one for our niece who is almost two. She loves it as well.

This book was perfect in our quest to potty train my youngest. We've read it at least 100 times and dd (4) can recite the pages word for word. It is tattered, and well loved. Cute story, adorable illustrations, easy to read and add inflection. It's nice to see siblings portrayed as supportive and helpful of one anther even if begrudgingly so.
