"The New Rules for Mortgages": Don't buy a house without it!

Stupid! That's how I felt reading this book, which, not only covers the "new rules" for mortgages, but proves to be an insider's guide to the process. We purchased our first house in 1992 and have had a few transactions since that time, but, wow, I realized how blind sighted we were once I read Dale Robyn Seigel's book. The good news is I now know what type of mortgage we have. The bad news is, it sounds like our mortgage is not the type that best suits our needs at the present time; knowledge IS power.which, paradoxically, can have ramifications, too.

Anyway, enough of my personal story. The point is whether you are a first time or experienced homebuyer or are considering refinancing your current loan, this book alone provides all the tools necessary to secure the most up-to-date, appropriate, practical and cost-effective approach to your particular needs.

Dale's book is certainly thorough. After all, the woman is smart; a longtime attorney, current president of White Plains, New York's Circle Mortgage Group and a teacher at New York University.to only skim the surface. Imagine what it would cost to hire a private consultation with her and gain such a lowdown on the subject!

Moreover, "The New Rules for Mortgages" attests to the fact that reading about the mortgage arena does not mean that your eyelids will slacken with boredom! Her writing manner is so clear and concise that first-time homebuyers can easily wrap their brains around the book without the slightest headache caused by the backlash of jargon!

Oh, did I mention funny? Yes, Dale is funny. She has defied the odds by lacing such a "heavy topic" with humor. If textbooks were written by brains who are also talented writers like Dale, we would all be "A" students. Meanwhile, "The New Rules for Mortgages" gets nothing less than an "A" grade; it's star-reading material and an asset to any library. Additionally, the book is a prerequisite for readers who long to start living, or continue living, the American Dream.
