I really enjoyed this book. I found that it addresses all aspects of etiquette, at home, dining, at work and even baby showers and weddings. I also liked the fictional characters, which added a nice twist to the book. I think this book should be given to all young ladies and many women as well. It's helpful without being convoluted and it's a great read since the characters evolve in every chapter. I love this book and after reading it, I gave a few copies as gifts. A great read!
