I have been doing the first stage for longer than planned but it has taken me extra time to achieve the recommended levels. I can notice the difference and so can the other guy that has been doing the routine with me. I think it is working great for us.

This book really helped fixed all of my minor back issues. What Lou writes is totally my experience: the more I worked out my whole body and core, the leaner I found myself.

Alwyn is an awesome trainer and is always ahead of the curve. Finally, a book that shows the average gym rat what true core training is all about. People read this and stop the countless reps of spinal flexion 'sit-ups'.
