Excellent use cases for social learning - a must read

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! It started off a little slow for me... Personally, I've already come to the realization that social learning is here for the long haul, and the opening part to the book makes the case for it (I'm a bit past that). I bet the authors wanted this book to serve as a pitch (of sorts) for social learning, which is understandable. Once I got into the following chapters, I was captivated by the various use cases. The Intellipedia chapter alone is worth the price of admission, IMO. As a learning professional, I was energized by this book, and came away with a few great nuggets to put into action at work.
