Great cookbook with great ideas and receipes

I purchased this cookbook for the "leftover Turkey" receipes it contained. The Turkey Enchiladas are great and worth the price of the cookbook alone! But let's not leave out the Turkey Tetrazini and many others that will always help you solve that great dilema the weekend after Turkey day; what do I do with all this leftover turkey? Let's face it you can only eat so much reheated turkey and dressing and turkey salad or turkey sandwiches! The leftover section of this book is brimming with new ways to serve up the leftovers to your family and they will not be rolling their eyes and moaning at the thought of eating even more turkey!
