This is truly an amazing book. It is the most comprehensive, clear and concise explanation of how to manage property in a city where the complexity of over-regulation makes management difficult.

Very specific info, very useful. Don't own property without it.

I found this book extremely useful. The information was specific and detailed. I had a bad tenant and this book gave me the right info. I know it was right because I did hire a lawyer for the case, and after a year of dealing in housing court I know what the laws in practice are, and this book has them spelled out right. I recommend this book even if you plan to hire a lawyer - the more you know, the better and more effective working relationship you'll have with your lawyer.

BUY IT BEFORE YOUR LANDLORD DOES!

This is an incredibly useful text, full of useful information and forms. It's written in an easy to understand way. I thought it would be boring ... but, it wasn't! If you don't know the law, forgot the law, or want a book that will tell you what your rights are when your landlord starts giving you trouble, this is the book is for you! I strongly recommend it!
