Overview

Rose Petal Jello; Cherimoya Sorbet; Chocolate-Saffron Cake with Nutmeg Crunch; Tropical Sticky Carrot Cake; or Tempura Chocolate Cheesecake with Passion Fruit and Shiso?

Give the best chefs in New York unrestricted freedom to satisfy your sweet tooth and the result is New York Sweets.  Over 75 chefs from over 75 of the best restaurants present their creations in page after page of this beautifully photographed recipe book.

Photographs by renowned photographer, Alan "Battman" Batt, New York Sweets captures and documents the imagination and creativity of the creme de la creme of the culinary world.

The recipes are included, but be forewarned that many of these extravagant dishes were created specifically for this book and no restrictions were placed on the chefs.  Some recipes are very complicated, others are quite simple.  They are all delicious to the eye and are well worth trying because they are also delicious to taste.
