    Really Recommend- worth your time

I can't remember how many times I passed this book up. Thanks to Patrick Rothfuss and his blog. This led me to check out Brent Weeks site which has the first three chapters of book one. What a great book!! Couldn't put it down. It took me to the third book to realize the influence that Robert Jordan had on him and this series. Looking forward to his new series. Worth investing your time to read.

    Best series i've ever read!

Brent weeks is a genious with his storyteling style. His characters are rich and his scenes are vivid paintings of texted perfection. The short chapters and fast flowing story make you feel like you're eating too fast but you don't want to stop because what you're devouring tastes too good. Cudos mr. Weeks. Cudos.

    Great story

At first I was having some trouble following all that was going on, but I think that's more that he's a very advanced writer and I wasn't keeping up. But other than that, phenomenal story!! Totally cried at the end!

Dark beginings for a fantasic read.

You get so caught up in the story that its easy to fall in love with all the characters. Its a wonderful blend of "Great Expectations", "Romeo and Juliet", and "Lord of the Rings". Weeks's unique characters and story telling makes the Night Angel Trilogy one of the greatest modern fantasy books of our time, easily on par with Harry Potter and Eragon. Although I would be careful about giving this series to anyone under the age of 13 because of how dark the setting (and some od the characters) is.

    AMAZING!

This trilogy has everything, action, adventure, romance, friendship and double crossing. Azoth is easilly lovable throughout the entire trilogy. His love for one girl and his total hate for one who might love him back make for a great story in this assasin filled book. :) I loved it and I hope you do to!

One of THE BEST series I've ever read.

Brent Weeks' Night Angel Trilogy is like a huge breath of fresh air. He steers completely away from being just another author writing the same story that's been written over and over again. For the first time while reading his books I was thinking "How in the world did he come up with this?!" And as you're thinking that, he throws another plot twist in that's related to another character we haven't met yet and suddenly you're immersed in the world of Brent Weeks. You definitely won't be disappointed with this series if you're thinking about it. :)

One of the Best Fantasy Books I've Read!

Dark, gritty, action Packed and overall, a wonderful read. While some of Brent Week's character names a somewhat lame, don't let that distract you from the outstanding characters and story that he's put together. The book is so great, and so detailed, that after I read the last page, I started over on the first page and read it again. I highly recommend this book for fans of fantasy...especially fantasy rogues & assassins. Hope you love it.

    Excellent New Author

The Dark Angel trilogy is unique, very well written, and captures your focus. I became obsessed after reading the first book, so I went and bought the next two the day I finished the first. A week after finishing the novels, I read them again. It is just excellent, easy to read, and the characters, though with a fantasy theme, are believable and relateable. The story is by no means predictable and will leave you wanting more.
