As in their adult suspense books, the Munson’s have filled Night Flight with nonstop action and constant suspense. I love the characters in the Munson’s books, they are real and multi-faceted. Glenna and Greg are no different and we see them not only in the suspense and danger, but also in daily family life. We get to know them well. The relationship between parents, grandparents and our hero and heroine is also well developed throughout daily interactions and the suspense. This book would definitely hold the interest for tweener readers – but, could also hold interest for parents to read to children to age ten and possibly a little younger. This book is the first in a series and readers are sure to become fans.
