From the sunlight in my window To the glow of the moonlight, Thank You for the blessings You give From "Good morning!" to "Night night."

Thank You for yummy food to eat. It helps me grow big and strong. Syrupy pancakes stacked up high Get me zipping right along!

Thank You for all the fun-filled days, Full of playing games with friends! Leapfrog and kickball, hide-and-seek— Silly giggling never ends!

Thank You, God, for soft kitten purrs And sloppy dog kisses too! My pets don't have to say a word When they tell me, When they tell me, "I love you."

Thank You for my favorite toys, Big blocks to build so high. I'll knock them down and build again Until they reach the sky!

Thank You for our family time When we're all at home once more. We'll laugh and talk about our days— That's what family is for!

I just downloaded a copy of "Night Night Blessings" to ready and review. It's a new kids book by Amy Parker, with illustrations by Marijan Ramljak. The print version is in the form of a padded board book. It's a great "count your blessings" book for little ones and goes through many of the things kids do and experience each day such as: . Morning to night . Yummy food - including pancakes . Fun filled days and playing with friends . Pets, cats and dogs . Favorite toys . Times with family . Bath time . Bedtime prayers with parents . The night sky with moon and stars . For the many ways God fills their day with love and blessings Each subject has its own page with an illustration to go along with it, great to wind down at the end of the day before going to bed.

Night Night Blessings by Amy Parker is a great option for a children's bedtime story. It goes through a child's night time prayer thanking God for things from throughout their day. I look forward to reading this story to my son when he is old enough to sit through a story. It is especially wonderful because it shows kids that they can be thankful for absolutely everything, even their pets' slobbery kisses. It is also a good reminder for adults to be thankful for even the little things. I would highly recommend this book if you are looking for a bedtime story that shares God's love and the importance of being thankful with your child. I received this book from Thomas Nelson's Booksneeze program but am under no obligation to provide a positive review.

Night Night Blessings By Amy Parker was a great and must read for parents of young children or sibling who like to read to their younger sisters or brothers. This book is perfect as a bedtime story to remember the blessings of everyday and to encourage children to thank their Creator for even the simplest things. I as an older sister am always on the lookout for good reads to show my sister and when I gave this book to her she was pleasantly surpassed. Even though she is a bit older, she still enjoys it very much. I give this book 5 stars because it has a good message, good pictures, and I love its simplicity!

This is also a good book to introduce kids to count their blessings. It is also very well illustrated although the illustrations are not as attractive in ebook format. However, I find this book to be not so readable compared to the previous ones. ***************** Disclosure of Material Connection: I received this e-book free from Thomas Nelson Publishers as part of their BookSneeze book review bloggers program. This beautiful baby board book knocks one out of the park. The lesson to express gratitude for the simple yet wonderfully miraculous things in life from kittens purrs, and sloppy dog kisses to pancakes with syrup and a sky full of stars can not be taught at too young an age and is a lesson that we all can benefit from even as adults. Marijan Ramljak's perfectly warm and cozy illustrations are a perfect match to Amy Parker's beautiful message and never grow boring. This book is a wonderful tool to instill the habit of thankfulness while at the same time enjoying snuggly, cuddly, beautiful together time with your little one.

Night Night Blessings, written by Amy Parker and illustrated Marijan Ramljak, is the newest book in our family's board book collection. Written in poetic form, the book demonstrates thanksgiving for all of God's blessings from a child's perspective. Starting with awakening in the morning and ending at going to bed at night, a child lists all of the blessings they encounter that demonstrate God's presence in her life. A few things the little girl thanks God for are "yummy food," "family time," "a sky full of twinkly stars," and ends by thanking God "for the many ways You sprinkle my days with love. All these blessings remind me that You are watching from above. Night Night." This is a really cute little book. It is a warm book to read with your child at bedtime. It teaches thankfulness to God for all of the good things in our lives. It also teaches that God is always with us and loves to remind us of His presence in what might seem like little ways to us, but probably big to a child. The illustrations are also soft and pleasant as a nighttime book. I recommend this book to parents of small children who are looking for something to read to their children at bedtime. It is a great teaching tool and a wonderful way to snuggle up with your little one and make some good memories of mommy or daddy tucking them into bed at night. One thing that occurred to me while reading is that it has pictures of both mommy and daddy together in the book with the child thanking God for family time. If you are a single parent, this might raise some questions for a small child. I just wanted to mention that because I know that is a reality, as much as it hurts my heart. Overall, this is a very sweet book. Many blessings to you and your family as you make memories together reading!!! Night Night Blessings by Amy Parker illustrated by Marijn Ramljak is a children prayer book that teaches children to give thanks in every way throughout their daily life. This book is very easy to read and it rhymes very nicely to catch my daughter's attention. I love the illustrations very much that fit the story right in place. The pastel colors throughout the book created a very pleasant and comfy atmosphere for children to get into mood for reading. This is a perfect gift book and good bed time story book for preschoolers and lower grade elementary school children. Message is clear to point to lead the readers to count the blessings they receive from God. I teach my daughter to pray and thank God from the examples given in the book. It is a good guide for young children to learn to pray. I highly recommend this book to all Christian families. My favorite part of Night Night Blessings by Amy Parker is certainly the illustration. The pictures appear to be paintings, wonderful images of the young child and pets, toys, and daily life. The book is a board book with an almost-padded cover. It is easy to handle and read aloud to a small child. The message itself is a positive one for young children who are just beginning to understand that all of their favorite things are actually blessings from God. In my experience, the book was received well by both a 17-month-old and a nearly 4-year-old. I would recommend it as a gift for a young child. Sure to become a favorite! I received this book at no charge from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Thanks to the Booksneeze blogger book review program, we recently added another fabulous children's book to our home library. It's called Night Night Blessings, and it's by the same author and illustrator who brought us A Night Night Prayer and A Christmas Prayer. My kids agree with me that this book is a great one. They love sitting on my lap and looking at all of the beautiful illustrations while I read them the story. The book follows a child who is getting ready for bed and who is being thankful for all the blessings, big and small in her life. It's a nice way to introduce the idea of thankfulness to your child and have a discussion about what they want to thank God for. The book itself is a padded board book with thick pages that hold up well to being touched by little hands. It's easy to hold on to and easy for the kids to turn the pages. All in all, this is a beautiful book and would make a lovely gift for any young child. Disclosure: I received a copy of this book to review for myself, thanks to the Booksneeze program. I was not compensated in any other way and all opinions posted here are mine and mine alone.

What a fun way to teach children gratitude as you put your little ones in bed! Although some of the rhymes seem a little forced, the story is heartwarming, and the pictures so beautiful and charming. It's a medium sized board book, so perfect for little fingers to enjoy for years. And the message is perfect for kiddos of all ages--even those who are kiddos at heart.

Hey, there! I've recently gotten a children's book from Booksneeze- "Night Night Blessings" by Amy Parker with illustrations by Marijan Ramljak. I genuinely loved this book (although I think the intended audience is about 15 years younger than me), but before I get started, I have to let you all know that I received this book for free from the booksneeze blogging program through the Thomas Nelson publishing company. I am under no legal obligation to give this book a positive review. Now that my inner lawyer is happy, let's get this started. I actually ordered this book for my littlest brother- I mean, he's maybe a little bit older than the intended audience, but I think he still enjoyed it. Goodness, I'm a good decade and a half older than the intended audience, and I still loved it! "Night Night Blessings" by Amy Parker with illustrations by Marijan Ramljak is one of the sweetest children's books I've seen in a long time. With adorable rhymes that talk about God's "big-ness" and water colour type paintings that are as soft as goose down, I would definitely suggest this to any parent of a 2-6 year old. This is perfect for bedtime readings, or just to settle little ones down. I'd give this five out of five stars.

Night Night Blessings by Amy Parker is a bedtime story boardbook for toddlers and babies published by Thomas Nelson publishers. The highlight of this book are colorful illustrations by Mariajan Ramljak. In contrast to the simple cartoonish styled drawing of many children's books these days, it looks like the artist actually took timke and effort into illustrating this book. Other than the illustrations, this is a typical religious themed bedtime story. The little girl, who is the hero, obviously comes from a privilidged, upper middleclass family: with two parents, a pet, plenty of good food and toys, leisure time and playtime and no worries or cares in the world. This child lives in an ideal world- intact family untouched by divorce or unemployment or illness, pets, toys and two full time devoted parents. What else could a child wish for? Regrettably, there is a large segment of the population whose lives are a struggle financially and socially and could not relate to or find comfort to the happy themes of this book. It would be worthwhile to write a children's book to target such an audience- the forgotten "minority" inorder to empower struggling families and their children in times of adversity and to maintainhope and thankfulness to God even in times of want and struggle. As a blogger for booksneeze, I received this book for the purpose of writing this review. My opinions are my own.

This is an adorable little board book with some very pretty illustrations. The book is a great little prayer for your toddler. What a great way to introduce your children to prayers of thanksgiving! The story is simple and sweet. The child recounts the blessings that God has brought into their life, and thanks Him for them. There is an emphasis on being thankful to God for everything and that we are so much smaller than Him. This book will also promote prayer to children in a simple, fun way that's easy for them to understand.

Night Night Blessings Amy Parker Illustrated by Marijan Ramljak God's blessings from "Good Morning to 'Night Night". Rhyming, sing song words that young toddler will know and understand. Being thankful for pancakes, playing with friends and pets. Thanking God for toys, family and bubble baths. Perfect size for a little one to have read to them at night night time! Reminds your little one of all the blessings God bestoys upon our days and to know that He is watching over us as we sleep. Soft illustrations give off a warm feeling as you nestle in to read this book at night time. Simple use of what looks like chalk drawings, not overly detailed, just right for toddler aged children. The board book offers a book that they can hold while you read and even tuck under their pillow for bedtime. Great book to get started with counting your night time blessings with a little one as you tuck them at night night time! I received a copy of this book from booksneeze in exchange for an honest review.

Night Night Blessings is a cute children's book written by Amy Parker and illustrated by Marijan Ramljak. The book looks at all of the things God has given children for them to be happy about. Pets, toys, family, food, and starts are all mentioned in the book as things to thank God for. I thought this book was really cute, and I look forward to sharing it with a friend who is soon to be a new mother. The hard cover and hard pages is perfect for a young child, as sometimes I am afraid to give books with paper pages to children since they tend to be harder on books. This review is for the Amazon Kindle ebook version: SUPER cute, super colorful pictures - blues, pinks, purples, greens, yellows! This short, quick-to-read little book makes for a great children's prayer book. This is a rhyming book on thankful prayer only and not on prayers of request, which is a nice change from the normal prayer book. This book is about a little child (gender neutral - looks like it could be a boy or girl, unsure) giving a thankful prayer to God for a full day's blessings - morning to night. The child thanks God for food, fun days, pets, toys, family time, oceans, Daddy's bedtime prayer, Mommy's kisses, the moon, God's love and all God's blessings. Only issue is my ebook version has typos and also it Capitalizes in every other word, which is incorrect English. My disclaimer - I received this book from the publisher Thomas Nelson free of charge but I always give honest reviews. I want you to be able to choose the best book based on stars because I know you have limited time and energy to read.

Night Night Blessings is a wonderful little bedtime book to read to your children. Patterned in the form of a child's prayer, this book teaches children to remember to be thankful for all of God's blessings. From pets to building blocks, and yummy food to kickball, your child will learn to see God's blessings in every little part of their day. Marijan Ramljak's illustrations are also endearing. They had my 4 year-old giggling, as I read, "Thank You for oceans to explore In my big ol' bubble bath. Oh, the amazing things we see- Just me and my snorkel mask!" This book is perfect for children still in the "read-to-me" phase, but beginner readers might enjoy it as well. I can see my 8 year-old picking this book to read to his sister often, and the message is for all ages. We all need to be reminded sometimes that evidence of God's love surrounds us every day. I give this book 5+ stars, for the illustrations, the cute rhymes, and the wonderful message! It is available for Pre-Order, and it is a must-have for your child's bookshelf! I received this book free from the publisher through the BookSneeze®.com book review bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. Night Night Blessings by Amy Parker and illustrations by Marijan Ramljak is a bedtime prayer book for kids. Throughout the book it goes through a list of things that the little girl is thankful for, like pancakes, bubble baths, and the stars in the sky. It is a good book to help kids with nighttime prayers in a book format. It's really a devotional book for kids. The illustrations complement each page as you go through the prayer, and my child laughed at some of the illustrations that accompany the rhyme. This book is probably best suited for toddlers and small children. I thought it was a good book and my 3yr old really liked it. She especially liked the parts about the pancakes, doggy kisses, and bubble baths. I think it was a good book to remind kids and parents of all they have to be thankful for throughout the day. I would recommend this book to anyone with small children as it is a good way to do night time prayers in a fun way that keeps the kids engaged in what is going on. I think your child will enjoy it and hopefully remember all they have to be thankful for. I just had a chance to review "Night Night Blessings", a padded board book for little kids by Amy Parker, with appropriate illustrations by Marijan Ramljak. As the book description says, it's a cute book to read as you cuddle up with your little ones and count together all the blessings God brings into our lives daily. It counts in particular the blessings of their day, getting them off to a good start in thanksgiving. It goes through some of the different things little ones do, experience and enjoy throughout their day, familiar times, activities and people. It's a wonderful way to put them to bed at night and filling their mind with good thoughts before they go to sleep. Kids always love having books made just for them, and I am looking forward to seeing the reactions of my nieces as I offer to read this to them.
