    Ok. Not great.

This eBook is just ok. It is always good to hear positive information but I have read better authors on the subject.

    basic.

i found the book quite basic. ok if you are losing weight or need a basic pep talk. as a manager i found this book worthless and would look for one with more substance.

    Good Breakdown

Ms. Halvorson has done a good job of identifying the steps needed to become successful. Not just in life, but in most any project.
When I looked back over the areas in my life where I had been successful and those areas where I had failed, I was able to see that my success were a result of taking these steps either consciously or unconsciously. Those times where I had failed were because I had not taken the time to think the project through and take these steps.
I especially liked number 5 "Focus on getting better, rather than being good". The idea here is that you need to allow yourself to make mistakes. By allowing yourself to make mistakes, you will reduce the chances of quitting when the mistakes do happen, but rather you will focus on how you have improved.
