    Good, solid coverage of Nings

So far, this is the only book about Nings, but you only need one if it's good. This book contains a basic overview of all Ning member functions, and even has a section on how to start and manage your own Ning.

I would have given it a zero star if that was an option

I have never returned a book in my life. This one goes back. In the first 20 minutes of reading it my 10 year old already went in created his own network! The writing was very unclear, not at all technical, as if a teenager were writing this.
If you google Ning you can find more information in a webpage then in the whole book. I did google the author to find he had a Ning network called ask Manny where he had contest for whomever would write a review he would give away a book and he could not even give the books away.
This book goes back. VERY weak writing and not at all a professional piece. Many For Dummies series are delightful. This one is a disaster. Save your money!
