Good if you have pior knowledge

This book is good if you have pior martial arts background in chi gung. Some the hand seals are good. This book is actually one of his more usefull books.

    Pretty vague

Personally i think this book has the wrong title. About a third of the book simply shows illustrations of 'hand signals' and what they mean. This book does not in any way follow through with what the preface describes.

Learn to control your own mind.

The techniques in here definately work. This is a book that will capture readers as they read mind-control techniques, ways to heal yourself, get rid of diseases, and learn how to fight and defend. Ashida Kim has created a book perfect for any willing, ready soul.

    Finally!!!!!

This is one of the books that actually show technique! As a martial arts enthusiast, I highly reccomend this book for anyone who is tired of just hearing the repeated yet important history on Ninjutsu. This happens to be my most favorite martial art. Well worth the $12.00.

    Awesome

Cool. Good fighting techniques. The thing with the meditation is that it takes a while to learn.

To Control Others You Must First Control Yourself

This book is helpful in ways that are undescribeable. The book shows the ways to perform blocks, strikes, strength, and meditation all with pictures! The book will tell you how to heal many illnesses by just learning how to meditate correctly. Useful for any martial artist.

    This is just plain crazy

I got this book when I was ten, thinking it would be cool to have the powers described in this book. It sat on a shelf in my room for ten years. I read it recently and threw it out soon afterwords. This book claims that the reader can attain powers of suggestion and mind reading. It's just plain silly.
