I became a BN member to avail of the free expedited S+H last December. My books arrived in about 7-8 business days. When I requested a replacement, First I was told the book is not in stock, when it clearly showed available online; Next time I was told the expedited order is being shipped but nothing came through in the mail. This exact same thing happened with not one but three orders placed. I am very disappointed with the customer service at BN. I would not recommend membership. The books were new as promised.
