I thought the book was very compelling. I could never put it down. The story of jessie slate is the story of a real life hero that u only see on t.v. He fight his way through three wars with his best friend an Indian named Broken Wing. It shows how a hero was made in the corps. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
