I'm going to keep this one short. Because I cannot bring myself to express in enough words how humbled I am to have the opportunity to read No Crimes Beyond Forgiveness (How Sleep The Brave) the second reason is that I yearn to reopen the pages of this book and reread it all over again, not just for the adventures, but it is the lessons of life that I appreciate the most.

I have followed this series with great interest. The author is a Psychologist who in his books does an in depth examination of what makes a hero (though you do not realize that this is happening until you start to reflect on these novels). I consider these books a bit of a deconstruction and reconstruction of the typical hero as we are forced to deal with Joshua's many human traits and see these for the 'human faults' that they are.
