Mistake! I am not an author of this book.

Evidently there has been a mistake. For some reason my name appears as an author of this book. I've never heard of it. I's sure it's an excellent book and wish it every success but must ask you to kindly remove my name. Thank you very much. Eliza Gaynor Minden.
