    Something I could REALLY chew on!!!

    Simply put, the BEST book on the market that deals with anything to do with the stomach. As someone that deals with extreme pain in the stomach and excessive heartburn, I have searched for quality books on this subject and this book is what I've been looking for. It is current and loaded with so much information that I couldn't wait to get to the next page. A MUST read for anyone that suffers from Heartburn or Acid Reflux which I have had for quite some time. I've been prescribed Prilosec, Prevacid, etc.. and the bottom line is that these medicines only make matters WORSE. I am glad I found this book and so far I have seen improvements by following the guidelines in this book and finding the causes of my pain rather than masking them so that I can heal properly.
