This book is great. Really gives insight on how to manage knee pain and inflammation. Even though I have torn meniscus my pain is more manageable. I will eventually have to have a knee replacement. I have also noticed by following the antiinflammatory diet that my inflammation in other areas of my body is less. The book is so good that I am ordering a copy to be sent to my daughter today who had to have ACL repair.
