    Helped keep me sane.

    My grandson was killed by a drunk driver when he was 5. This book was sent to me by 2 extremely caring people that I didn't even know yet. It help me understand that I wasn't going crazy...that all these feeling are real & unstoppable. I don't know that it ever get better, cut this book is a God-send!!!
