Love NOAH'S story, but where's the rest?

As always, the story of the nightwalker who's falling in love is awesome. Even though it's filled with the same denials, struggles, etc. as the other books. Come to think about it, the only book where the couple was fighting to be together was Jacob. Even though he knew it was wrong he wanted to be with her and she with him. Anyway, I was very surprised at what Noah did to get his mate and I felt bad because I didn't want to hate him. I was like, why would the author try to turn me against the King? I forgave him along with the people in the story because even though he was reckless, he felt the author made sure the reader knew he was sorry and torturing himself for what he'd done.

Now, what the hell happened to the traitors???? I know there were a whole different type of traitor in this book, almost like a nightwalker gang. I just think that for like 3 books straight, we've been reading about the magic users and the demon/vampire pair who was trying to hurt everyone. Now all of a sudden, they don't make a PEEP in this book. Come on! I know I'm way late in reading this series, but I just hope there's another one, maybe JASMINE! If there is, someone please tell me! I didn't even know that Noah's book existed until I was typing my review of Damien and I saw someone mention they couldn't wait to read Noah. I always thought that the author had to give the Demon King a mate and was happy to find that was true. Now it's time for Jasmine's story. Someone needs to knock her off her rocker and I want Ruth to get hers. Plus, how are the children going to change the nightwalker race. The Mistra Windsong told them that the Legna's child was special, the prophecy talked about the child of the Enforcers. There's just way too much left for the series to end.

I liked the story line. However, if this is the last of this series then the author didn't resolve the ultimate conflict. All of the series led up to defeating the evil and then it ended without doing it. I loved the characters.

I wish it would have resolved the conflicts more. Good characters.

    Good Story

I really like this story once it got going. Better than the Damien book which I thought was a tad dull. I think this is the last book of Demons...now they are moving on to the Shadowdwellers I think...excited to see her new stuff!

    an engaging romantic fantasy

Demon King, Noah is beloved by his subjects because he cares about them and protects them from their enemies. Although adulated by his people, Noah is also lonely as his closets friends are Imprinted (mated) and the woman he believes is his Destiny only appears in his dreams. He has never met her in person. Kestra shares Noah¿s erotic dreams, but she assumes the hunk she desires is a subject of her imagination only. Just as he decides to search for his dream woman in the real world, the dreams end and instead he has a horrific vision of the woman who is to be his mate being killed. With the help of the Enforcer¿s child Leah he bends time to prevent his beloved¿s death.--------------- Kestra is taken to Noah¿s castle where she begins changing into a Druid. She begins to absorb his energy without which she will die. Surprisingly Kestra takes what has happened to her in stride, but a trauma from her past leaves her fearful of love although she has deep feelings for Noah and she believes strongly he loves her. As they work on their muddled relationship, they come under attack from vampires who want their Nightwalker blood to gain their powers. To survive they must join their powers in love, but Kestra remains fearful of loving anyone.-------------- NOAH is a great paranormal romance due as much to the vivid world described by Jacquelyn Frank as well as the seesaw relationship between the lead couple. They make the realm with demons, vampires, and other ilk seem genuine in this well written character-driven saga. Characters from previous novels make appearances as Ms. Frank and her fans welcome them back inside of an engaging romantic fantasy with the emphasis on the romance.------ Harriet Klausner

    Good

Not my favorite in the series. I was looking for a stronger story for Noah. This book started out darker emotionly, the middle focus too much on the phycial aspect between Kes and Noah. Finally towards the end you see a better interaction and the story ends.

    NOAH

Out of all the Gardian series by Frank, Noah was the best. The reading was easy and stayed interesting throughout the whole book. Most serial books as these find the women a bit coy and heady at times but Kestra in this one was someone that showed strength like Laura Crawft from the Temple Raider, compassion as in a nun, skills as in GI Jane, and some down to earth romance with Julia Roberts in the movie, Pretty Woman. The best part about this book was it included everyone from the previous ones. Wish there was another one to follow this series.

Read this book in a walk-in freezer

First, if you are reading this book without having read the first four, then put it down right away and purchase all four and start reading. When you do, you'll definitely be glad you did. They are worth every single penny. I'd also humbly suggest that if you are able, schedule your reading experience for this series over several days, because when you start the books, you won't be able to put them down. I'm a huge paranormal fan and have read all installments of the various series written by Ward, Kennyon, Leigh, Dohner, Naughton, etc. No question that Jacquelyn Frank qualifies to be on par with and in several areas even exceeds these authors' talent. In one area, however, she exceeds all of them. This author writes love scenes that will literally take your breath away. Love scenes aside, however, she is, without doubt, one of the most talented writers it has been my pleasure to read. Her writing is descriptive, fluid, and a hundred other adjectives - none of which would do her justice. Second, there is a formulaic thread to some degree in these stories, but then in real life all love stories - real or imagined - have pretty much the same elements. Her character development and execution are outstanding. These are characters the reader will feel they know thoroughly. The heroines are smart, feisty, resourceful, strong, confident women, and the men are alpha without being neanderthals. While the relationships start off with the doubts, fears and insecurities that are common to any blossoming relationship, the evolution into a genuine partnership built on mutual respect, love and insight is truly a pleasure to read. In this series, there are actually two main plot lines - the love story for the titular character and the search for the traitorous Nightwalkers. Will the good guys really triumph over the bad guys? Trust me, Frank will drag you in and keep you reading to find out. And as soon as I finish Adam (book #6), I'm starting the Shadowdwellers - can't wait. I'm glad I'm off for the holidays... Enjoy!

    Highly recommend!

This books is full of emotions within Noah. Up until now you didn't really see a lot of his personality but in this book all I can say is WOW! I really felt the fire the resides within him. Jacob, Elijah and Noah are my favorites out of this series. Read it and you'll find out why.

    BE STILL MY HEART

It's 3am and I have just finished reading Noah's story, what women wouldn't want a man like Noah, he's caring, sexy, honest and ALWAYS puts his woman first, I was glad there was no Ruth or Nico in this story, they needed to be out the picture for awhile, but must say I am looking forward to both of them dieing, was glad Bella and Noah are close again, and I understand her anger, what mother would'nt, at times Kes got on my nerves, but I warmed up to her towards the end, it took her almost losing Noah for her to realize that she did love him, for those of you who have not read the entire series, please do it is excellent , each book will make you wish you were a Druid, enjoy
