Overview

'Ohr HaGanuz, ' 'the Hidden Light.' The role of the Jewish people is to help the nations of the world to know what HaShem requires for all humanity. People are beginning to leave the religions of the world in search of what HaShem truly desires. They recognize the falsehoods in what they were raised in. I've been through it myself. It comes with challenges, even resentment from others.

They can find pieces of information, but there doesn't seem to be enough, for the nations to know what is expected of a Noahide and what it even means. It's with that in mind that this book was put together. It includes a Resource section and complete Noahide teaching at the end.

It is the intent, and hope that this book can be a tool, a resource, that could be used by others; to be taken to the community wherever one lives; to share information with others what HaShem's plan for creation always was; a way to help those transition from what was, to what HaShem wants; maybe a starting point for further research in one's own journey toward HaShem, and to help others use it to start a local Noahide Group that can meet to discuss these issues and grow closer to HaShem.

Therefore, we move in this book from transition, to topics that inspire growth. The journey never ends as we continue to learn, grow and draw closer to HaShem. I've shared some of what I've learned and try to apply it to our everyday life, including the challenges and struggles.

About the Author

Born: James Moehsmer, Mar 14, 1958. Writing under my chosen Jewish name: Ya’akov ben Avraham. Married, 3 children, 8 grandchildren, 20 yrs of military service - retired. Twenty years plus of study and research looking for what HaShem truly expects. Writing for over 40 years. A simple person; given a 1% Jewish ethnicity, a soul, thrown into the body of a gentile at birth, diverted off course to land 70 miles from the Chabad Headquarters at birth, to go through a process from error to truth, from idolatry to HaShem; raised in the Catholic church, going through various flavors of Xianity, a solid year (2012) doing volunteer work on an Indian reservation, 6 total in serving there, including a 3 month stint filling in for a Pastor (forgive me HaShem), and at the end of that time a visit by a Jewish woman from Israel, whose prayer in Hebrew turned me completely around toward Israel; then to a messianic Torah group, and finally to Judaism, Torah and HaShem. Constantly learning and growing closer to HaShem.
