Meet the Author

Lee "L.T." Ryan writes exciting, fast-paced thrillers and deep, dark psychological horror stories.

He majored in Journalism, but opted for the early mornings and late nights of the Culinary Arts. His training then landed him in the clandestine operations of Information Technology. But a nagging itch wouldn't let the desire to write and publish the stories that played out deep in his mind fade away. Despite a grueling work schedule, a full time business, a family, and a sweet, but psychologically unbalanced pit bull, L.T. found time to write and is fulfilling his destiny.

Great read. Very suspenseful. The characters were likeable even though very brutal at times.Who knew hit men had a conscience? But L.T. actually makes us care for them. And that makes us keep reading. I will now be buying season 2.

    Fyi

I really enjoy these books...but a FYI because I just discovered this and I am kind of upset because it confused me how these are written for example season 1 is episodes 1-5...dummy me thought this was a whole different book .I was so caught up in the books ended up buying the episodes seperately when they are included in the Seasons 1 book..hard to explain but I feel it is abit deceptive because why does Season 2 explain has episodes 6-10 But Season 1 says nothing about episodes...oh well live & learn..still highly recommend alot like Reacher series & keeps you interested!! It would have to for me because I rarely buy e-books!! Lol

I'd hate to meet him even to ring his groceries at a store -- I'd probably end up dead

There are way too many of everything -- His girlfriend is kidnapped three times; every woman he speaks to and/or spends the night with is killed; every slightly-bad guy and every very bad guy (and there are lots of them) are killed. I gave up after the first 700 pages on my Nook; this book was going nowhere violently.

    An Excellent Action-Thriller!

I kept wearing down my Nook Color battery as I couldn't put this novel down. The characters are well developed in depth and breadth, the setting is well illustrated at all times and the dialogue is crisp.

Fictional stories have to "suspend the reader's belief" in order to succeed. I had to remind myself that Jack Noble is not real. LOL

Violent at times, tender when you least expect it, and fast-paced, it is an excellent read. Get it now!

Yikes, Jack Noble has a very short fuse.

This story jumps right into the action from the first page. Took me awhile to figure out if Jack is a good guy or a bad guy. I have never read a story with so many fights and assasinations happening around every corner. If you have a delicate stomach, don't read this book.

    I read the whole thing

I can't believe it, but I did get through it. The misuse of words, the grammatical mistakes - the obvious lack of any editing - made this a difficult book to get through. I often had to go back and read several sentences to get what was being said, needed the context, because the words were wrong. Other than that the only thing I found really annoying was the wanton killing of EVERYONE. Professional assassins do not kill unless paid, or under extreme duress of being caught. Killing everyone wold increase the chances of them being noticed, caught, or hunted for murders they are not being paid for, etc. There were a lot of logical errors as well as grammatical. Hopefully this author has hooked up with a good editor for the subsequent books.

I'm not usually a mystery buff but since this book was free I read it and was extremely pleased I did. This book is as good or better than one by Clancy or Childs. I intend to buy the rest in the series and have even thought of stars who could portray the main characters when the movie comes out.

    Good series

I am a big fan of Lee Child's "jack reacher" novels and this book is similar---tough male character, no real attachments, espionage, etc. I really enjoyed the action and how the author humanized the characters. The book is fast paced and nicely detailed. I will be getting the second book soon

Well for some reason I had low expectations of this book but decided anyway to try it. I was more than pleasantly surprised. It kept mt interest throughout. It was very fast paced and keenlly absorbing, Great story line with many surprises. I was never bored. I'm a big Jack Reacher fan and this one hel upi well in comparison albeit without the underlying mystery. Oh well, you can't have everything. I'm ready for episode 2!

    Minus stars

I dont know what the author was going for but whatever it was he missed it. The story was a jumbled mess. It jumped from one place to another with details left hanging, and the ending was horrible. It left you hanging with absolutely no resolution. I absolutly will not be suckered into buying other books with this low down practice. This book deserves minus stars. Would not recommend at all.

    Waste of time.

Written like a kid writing a book report. Full of useless filler, impossible situations that happen over and over. I quit after Clairisas third or fourth kidnapping. Jack is not all that bright either. This is one book ending I won't miss.

poor character development. Amateur attempt to create a John Puller/Jack Reacher.

I only completed this book because once I start a book it must be read. However, this book is completely amateurish in content. The character is all over the map with emotions and ability. By the 3rd chapter this guy should have been dead. No hitman with his supposed abilities would have acted this way. It seems like this writer was the bullied kid in school and is now making up for it.
