This book was so very helpful

I was given this book by a friend. I just lost my Mother who was sick with cancer and my Father died 18 years ago. I started getting this strange feeling of fear being parentless. This book helped me realize that this is a normal part of grieving the loss of both your parents. I just sent a copy to both my brothers.

This helped me and my siblings

We lost our father after a four month illness. While Hospice helped us cope, dealing with the after-affects, including our Mother who acted as though nothing had happened, put us into a new realm of coping. This book gave some solid, comforting information. I think this is a book I will turn to again and again over time.
