“Noodles Every Day” is another example of Corinne Trang’s dedication to spreading the love of Asain Cuisine. This is a primer on all things “Asian noodle”. Not only is it full of Noodle Basics and recipes but also history, facts and some great insight into why: “Noodles”. By the time you have gone throught this book you will be a “Noodles Everyday” Believer.
