    Master of Fun

I was staying at a hotel in Philly and happened to notice Norman's display. I remember seeing him in the kitchen. I was impressed with his obvious weight gain, too. He had an assistant with him. I couldn't stay for his cooking show, but did purchase his book. This was when it was newly published. As time went on I began to appreciate his book. Even so, it was challenging to me. I am a big meat eater and this book service me well in that regard. fish also. Certainly I have done the rabitt receipe a few times. A year ago I got big on ratatouille and Norman uses bell peppers alot. I like course, gamey flavors and red wine. Is this book a match for me? You bet.
