The user interface is quick and easy to use, and the data on each tree is reasonably detailed. However, it identifies trees by their leaves only, giving no options to use bark, seeds, or other facrors in distinguishing species. Also, while looking at the pictures included with the description of one juniper species, I found an image of a broad-leafed plant with bright pink blossoms, clearly not from any juniper, so I have to wonder about other errors.

Although easy to use, this app is disappointing because it did not have many of the native local trees for the Pacific Northwest. It really needs more trees.
