Several years ago Santa Claus and I had an opportunity to spend some time together. He knew I had been active in marketing and customer service so when our discussions touched on marketing, it opened up a whole new area of conversation. That's when Santa shared with me his secrets for Marketing, Fulfillment and Customer Service, which he developed and has used over the past 1,400 years.

North Pole Marketing is 52 of Santa's secrets as he explained them to me. I added a suggestion on how each one could be applied to any modern-day business, non-profit organization, church or group that serves others.

A word of warning: please do not try all of these at once. There are 52 of Santa's secrets. Why not focus on one a week. In a year you will have a very different organization. During that year, don't be afraid to shake things up.
