I really loved this Presents Book of Jane Porter's. It was fun! Hannah has to trade identity with Emmeline, who could be her twin look-a-like. Emmeline, the princess, has asked Hannah to trade places for a day so she can just be "common' and not be hounded by the press and her duties. Hannah agrees, but then one day turns into more, and the next thing she knows, she is having to meet Emmeline's future husband, Zale. Hannah is a little more feisty towards Zale, and he wonders what the change in his future bride is; thinking maybe she has changed in the past year since they became engaged. He is taken with the change and Hannah has to figure out how to handle the connection she feels with the man who is engaged to someone else...and what to do to get Emmeline back where she is supposed to be.

Loved it! I can't wait for the 2nd book to be available. I have always loved Jane Porter's novels, but only recently discovered all of her "Presents Books." If you have ever thought about or wished that there was someone who looked like you, whether they were related or a stranger; and you could trade places with them for a bit, you will love this book!

Princess Emmeline and King Zale are to be married. Their soon to be (arranged) marriage has been known since Zale was 15. However, Emmeline has been having an affair throughout their one year engagement. While in Palm Beach, Princess Emmeline meets Hannah. Hannah is the spitting image of Emmeline. Emmeline asks Hannah to switch places with her for a few hours so she can go out and not be recognized as the princess. What was suppose to be only a few hours turned into days. Hannah ended up flying to Raguva, as Emmeline, where she not only met the King, but fell in love with him. While carrying on the charade of being Emmeline, Hannah not only fell for King Zale ... she fell hard. She was torn between knowing that Emmeline was not the right person for Zale to marry and keeping up the secret that she really wasn't Emmeline.
This book has you falling in love and believing that you don't always have control over what your heart tells you is right. I loved the ending of the book, but as not to spoil it, I will not go into details. I gave this book a 5 out of 5 star rating. I loved the characters and story line. It had me believing in romance and true love. This is a must read for anyone who enjoys a good love story! Another amazing book by Jane Porter.

Wonderfully fun! Wouldn't you love to change lives with someone who looks like you and live their life for the day? Hannah trades places with the princess, Emmeline and gets more then she bargained for. She falls in love with King Zale. I couldn't put this book down.

As far as Harlequin Presents goes, this is perfection. By the halfway mark, I had to contact Jane Porter and tell her how much I loved it! I rooted for Hannah, wished Emmeline would just stay away, and fell in love with Zale. This is one of those books where you ignore the laundry and stay put just so you can see it through. This is one of my favorite Harlequin titles ever.

This romance is beautifully written. The characters jump off the page and into the reader's heart.
