Story isn't so bad, a slightly-porny not-quite Wizard of Oz centered around an Iowan named Kansas, but the ending infuriated me. Yes, there were a few steamy scenes, and yes, those scenes were actually quite good, but the ending! You can't hit at a super-hot threesome and then write, essentially, "Then they fell in love and had hot sex and everything was happy the end." DENOUEMENT! Bring your story to a proper end, rather than just cutting off after the climax! ...er, almost literally in this case.
