Overview

These are my notes on love. They are as much a reminder to myself as to you, the reader. They are as much a memoir as a treatise, so that I don’t forget the battles I fought with myself, and the journey I made back to her. Each segment is a reminder, offered in the hope that neither you nor I forget, that love conquers all. But first you must conquer yourself.

Meet the Author

Hi,

I'm a 22-year-old from Canberra, studying for my Masters in Business and trying to hone my writing and philosophy of life. I recently left the Defence Force after three-and-a-half years to pursue my intellectual interests in politics, international relations and new media.

The World Is Never Enough (T.W.I.N.E) represents the germination of my ideas - ideas I hope to build upon and extrapolate over the years to come. With it I was by no means aiming for (the practically unattainable) completeness of ideas, only for thoughness of thought and for elegance in conveyance, and the chance to relate to a wider audience than the physical sphere of aquaintance. I hope you enjoy it, and find some elements within it that relate to your own life and experience thus far. Please contact me at any of my addresses, as I relish the chance to exchange ideas and viewpoints on this most contentious of subjects.

Notes on Love is a recent addition that grows out of a marraige of personal experience with an awareness of the isolation that individuals feel when it comes to the deeper aspects of love and realtionships (whom can you tell? even the deepest friendships have some boundaries on intimacy). Notes on Love is an extension of the T.W.I.N.E worldview; that being a worldview which I intend to constantly hone and evolve.

Kind regards, and best of luck.

L.
