I’ve struggled with severe anxiety since childhood and always felt it was something beyond my control.The book not only helped me develop confidence, but the panic strategy card suggested in the book helped me get through a crucial four hour meeting.     Great book

    I've dealt with panic attacks for quite some time here and there. Recently they got worse with some recent events in my life. This book has really helped me overcome it one step at a time. Great reading and effective.

    A must-read for anyone with panic attacks

    I am so impressed with this book! I've had panic attacks since I was in my 20s and no one has ever explained them as clearly as this writer. I started using the techniques Mr. Jones recommends and am having terrific days because I'm not worried about anxiety attacks. I relied on benzos for 20 years, saw counselors and doctors and all of them together never gave me as much help as this book. Highly recommended!
