    Nice book

After reading his other book, 'The Slow Down Diet', I wanted to learn more. This was a great expansion on his philosophy of eating and more broad-based in its topics. While I think I preferred the other book slightly more, I'm still very glad I read this book and feel that I have taken away a lot of valuable insight from it.
