He has 17 years of experience in developing software and leading engineering teams into exciting, cutting-edge technology. Prior to working at Novell, Ron worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories developing advanced networking systems. Ron has co-authored, with Brad Dayley, five other ZENworks Novell Press titles.
