    Excellent overview on how to turn your company into a social business

    Jay and Amber do a phenomenal job of outlining the necessary steps to turn a traditional business into a social business. This is not a how-to social media book, meaning you won't learn how to use Facebook, Twitter and other social networks. This is a book full of strategies and ideas on how to succeed as a business in the real-time communication world we live in. Think of it as a step-by-step playbook on what internal and external processes and procedures businesses should implement to become more social. It's not too high-level, so people who know nothing about social media won't have a hard time grasping the concepts in this book. This truly is a must-read for understanding how to use the real-time Web to be successful in business.
