    Great self-help book

This book is really good and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for some real self-discovery. I warn you, however, that you have to do the exercises in the book in order for it to work. That might sound intimidating. After all, who wants to work? But consider how important it is to know yourself and see a way out of the rut you may be in if looking at this. It's definitely worth a little homework.
