This textbook, containing essential knowledge for personal trainers, is the most readable text that I have come across. There is such a wealth of information that a trainer needs to process and learn; it is quite easy to become overwhelmed! This text lays out new terminology and vocabulary in an organized, precise manner, a manner that can be readily understood. Thanks go to the authors and editors for a clear presentation of some rather complex material.
