Real world account of volunteering medical assistance in a war torn country

What a testament and memoir to your life! There aren't many people who could help so many in such dire circumstances! Its a crying shame that with all our technology and resources that a single person has to experience what these people did / are. Shame on us as a species for allowing this to happen! THANK YOU for all you do!

    I loved this book!

This a truly exciting book to read. It has adventure, happiness, sadness and success stories. Mary has a unique way of telling her story in "just the way it happened", without judgement. I just wonder how the story ends? What happens next? This books leaves you wanting to hear more about Mary's exciting life.
