A bit pricey, but worth every penny. I learned more in the first 3 chapters than I ever knew about nutrition before, and the later chapters only build on the earlier ones. Thinking of your body as a system, it explains, like a doctor would, what happens in the body when you eat, where it happens and why. Explains nutritional requirements from birth to old age. Sorry Dr. Atkins, but this book also explains in a no-nonsense way why low-carb diets are bad for you.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
