    I believe this is a very good and simple Written; But very informative textbook; My Ruth A. Roth. I like the book very much. I am a student at a college; And we use it for one of our classes: My Nutrition class. The side notes in red are very simply explained, easy to read and helpful; as is all the other texts and documents, Thanks very much.
