    Excellent Reference Book

This book covers all basic nutrition topics. The information is accurate and factual. It is an excellent reference book. I have referred back to this book on several occasions. The material is well organized and makes concepts easy to understand.

    Love the "for DUMMIES" books!

I own a few other "for DUMMIES" books and they never let me down. They get into a subject just enough and the way they are set up you can even pick and choose what information is important to you and only read what you want or you can read it cover to cover. I have not finished with this one yet but it definitely is helping me with the information I was looking for.

    POOR POOR POOR POOR

1st time buyer/user. There was in error in the book. spent over 3 hours one day at the store and another 1 1/2 hours on the phone with customer service.
I will never ever buy anything from Barnes and Noble after the way I was treated over this. I deleted all sofeware for my NOOK PC, Nook Iphone, Nook Android.
for the amount of time that I spent dealing with this book issue anf for being a 1st time buyer and user one would think Barnes & Noble would be willing to offer me a free book.
I should be billing you for the amount of time it took me to let Barnes & Noble know that the book wouldn't work.
