    Hastily thrown together

This book reads like something written by a junior-high student. Or, someone who doesn't speak English fluently. My favorite sentence starts, "Employers with up to 25 or more employees..." While there may be useful information included in the book, it is very difficult to understand. Stay away from this author. (And the publisher, too, since they obviously don't believe in proof-reading.)
