For 45 years, as a speech-pathologist-audiologist and worker with mental retardation populaions asnd acquired brain damaged individuals at government and private facilitites, Harvey Firestone and some colleagues over the years have assembled these catagories of observations that can be eaily made and asessed for therapy purposes. The U.S. Navy has expressed interest in using the observations in cladestined observations of spying activities as well and another version of the checklist is being compiled.
