I read this entire book and I felt that it covered all of the details necessary for the Oracle Java SE 7 Programmer I certification. As well, it provided many examples to solidify understanding. I felt that this book was more helpful than the on-demand training course offered by Oracle (which I also took). After reading this book, I successfully passed the 1Z0-803 exam.
