    THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just read this book a little while ago and it was like the best thing ever. i have never read anything that was Zelda befor but i love the games so i thought that the book must be as good as the game series and it was. but the downside was if you played the game or if you havent you will realize that thew story is kinda rushed but overall great. and the art was to die for it was amazing even if you dont like zelda at all it would still be worth for the art

I read this a few days ago and it is so funny seeing Link as a child! Sorry for spoilers, but my favorite part was when Link just eats all the stuff at the stand in at the town and doesn't know about money. I love this book so much! I recommend buying it! This is my first review for a book.

    Highly recommended

This is a great series of books with fabulous art. My children love this series. We are on book #9. I have a reluctant reader and these books encourage him to read. I have a college age son who loves these books and a teen that loves them. We started this series when my youngest was eight, so I think they are good for a wide age range.

Keeps you hooked, great for zelda fans, humorous

This by far is the best manga I have ever read. There are some things that were added like Link being able to talk which made the story even more interesting and keeps you hooked! This is greatly recommended for all Zelda fans. Also there is humor included for laughs. One example is after Ruto gives Link the Spiritual Stone of Water, Link asked Navi what an engagement ring is because as you know in the game that Ruto was suppose to give it to whomever she marries. It's great! The only thing is that it's kind of rushed. Link went in the dodongos cavern and went against the boss. They didn't show Link having to do things to get to the boss like in the game but other than that it's amazing! :]

'Ocarina of Time' soars to bigger heights

You played the 12-year-old game that revolutionized the gaming world as we know it. Now you can experience the game from a whole new perspective that brings your favorite characters to life. Link, Zelda, Sheik, Ganondorf, etc. Beautiful artwork does justice to this timeless story, accompanied by a storyline with new twists and turns from the original tale. If you're a Zelda fan, you won't want to miss out on these manga books! They're classic!
Now if it just became a theatrical movie...

    Zelda Fans Will LOVE It!

I loved this book. I'm a diehard Zelda fan, and this was so much fun to read! The characters' personalities were right on. And instead of a corny, unappealing Link, they stayed true to his character. Link spoke, but it just added to the enjoyment! And it would be weird to read if he didn't. The artwork rocks! I love it! There were a few changes in the story, but they were good changes. And besides, who wants to read a book that's exactly the same as the game? There's also lots of humor. Overall, I totally recommend this book for Zelda fans. If you love Zelda, you will love this series.

    Excellent, but better in Japanese

This is an excellent adaption of the best videogame in history. Unfortunately, the translation is a bit childish, but the overall plot remains unchanged and the art is beautiful enough to make it worth reading. Akira Himekawa is a phenomenal artist.

    Somewhat

Yes, the artwork was awesome, but it was not as good as the earlier Zelda mangas (yes, there were ones before this one). The story line is a bit rushed, and I actually got confused at some points. I think this one book would have been better if it was broken down into 2 or 3 volumes. Also the character's personalities could have been more well-developed. As a huge fan of the games and the earlier manga works, I was sort of disappointed in this story. I found a few misprints in the wording, too. But overall it was worth buying it if only for the artwork.
