    Not Worth Buying

What little information is provided is easily available on the web for free. This article is an advertisement for a "guaranteed" cure for OCD.

    Very Basic

I wasn't terribly impressed with this book. I suppose if you're wondering if you have OCD or if you're newly diagnosed it could be beneficial. It gives a few usable tips, but is itself rather repetitive. Wish I had put this money toward a book that delves deeper into the condition.

A must read for anyone with or who knows someone with OCD

This book is very enlightening! Growing up, I always suspected my mom had OCD. I was always just too annoyed of her to look further into it. This book has opened my eyes and has helped improve my relationship with my mom. Because of it, my mom's disorder has been properly diagnosed. Having OCD really is no joke. This amazing and uplifting book helps in dealing with it.

    Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Book

This is a true masterpiece. Not only is this book readable, interesting, packed with facts and informative, but it is also full of positive talk. I have done much research on this topic and by far this book is the most uplifting. It is non judgemental, full of hope, and leaves the reader with a new understanding of the disorders discussed. This book is excellent.

    Worth the read

I thought obsessive compulsive disorder was about eating, but it isn;t constrained to just that. I used to actually count everything. I counted the number of keystrokes it takes to write this as well as the number of breaths it takes. I still do ...but now I know why. My "Friend" says that understanding is the first part of healing... I think I threw this book at him. Read this!

    Understanding? Check!
Throwing a book at my psy-tricker-ist? check!
Learning why I feel the way I do...Check.

I love this book and I hope to one day stalk the writers. But I have to go count the tiles in my kitchen.

This book is a good primer on OCD, but as another reviewer wrote, it's nothing that you couldn't find on the Internet. Still, it's good to have in your library.
