    Am I OCD?

Oh yes I am. I have been OCD for most of my life and when talking w/my daughter about "maybe seeing a therapist to help me with my OCD" she recommended this workbook. I bought it, read it, filled in a bunch of blanks, and am making strides to change some of my OCD and OCPD behaviors. I highly recommend this book as a 'working tool' to document OCD behaviors and then slowly (it's really the only way) change them.

I am a checker, counter, washer and have found this book to be VERY useful in helping me overcome some of my OCD.

It will take the rest of my life to eliminate OCD and most likely I never will but I am grateful that my daughter recommended it.

    I HIGHLY recommend it.

    Excellent supplement to counseling

I use the workbook for clients who come to see me from far out of town and it is inconvenient for them to drive in often. One of our support group for whom I am the consultant, who is a counselor herself, recommended it to the group because she felt that the counseling approach for a fellow member should be supplemented.
