Want a NOOK? Explore Now
All work and no play? Not for this girl. Not anymore.
Melissa Sparks has had enough. Enough of being an overachiever, enough of having no social life, enough of being lonely. Just this once she wants a change. Something different. Something that looks very much like her business associate, Ben Cowley.
Ben is all alone in the deserted offices of Preston Elks. He’s gorgeous, he’s single and he’s been her secret fantasy for the last two years. It’s a split-second decision, but there’s no going back.
When Ben looks up from his desk, the last thing he expects to see is his too-serious, straight-laced colleague stripping naked. It’s been a year since his last relationship ended, and though he’s still picking up the pieces, Melissa throws his carefully balanced world off its axis. So does her offer: a brief affair, no strings attached.
Right about the time he realizes a simple affair will never be enough, she’s back in professional mode—and clearly as distant as ever. Now it’s up to him to show her that what they have is no fluke…and he’ll do whatever it takes to convince her. Even if it means inviting another man into their bed.
Warning: This book contains a man haunted by his past decisions, a woman determined to succeed, sex hot enough to steam up every office window on the block, and a voyeur who gets off watching those windows steam up.

Jess Dee writing style is superb. The emotions shined through, and excellent char. development. Highly recommend and will read more by this author. Just under 400 pgs.

## Wow. This was one hot read. The sex scenes were incredible. But suffice it to say, there was actually a story as well. The hero and heroine were great together. She was smart, sexy and cool. And the hero was oh so very hot! The one thing that i did not like, was the mention of the ex-fiancee Sienna over and over and over. It really took away from the special connection the two leads had (hence 4 stars instead of 5). Hope I never hear that name again.

WOW...HOT, STEAMY, SEXY READ!! Was not sure about it but it was full of all things steamy dreams are made of. The only reason not 5 stars some of the storyline seemed choppy n should of flowed easier. But the story was worth telling!!!!!!

It was fairly good. I wouldn't say great. Don't get me wrong, I like the hot scenes but I feel like it was a series of sexual encounters broken up by a short paragraph about what happened in the middle of their meetings. Wasn't overly impressed!

This is a written porno. Graphic, yet still sexy. Who wouldn't want a hot office romance? Yes, it's a little cheesey. Yes, the language was blunt and to the point. Yes, it is not going to be for everyone. I was looking to continue a 50 Shades type read. Did I find it? Absolutely. This is not something for prudes or virgins or lovey-dovey types. It is raw and sexual. Not for the faint of mind.

Highly recommended, but then you will want to read four other books that have tied with these characters. Exotic island is the first. It's written by Jess dee along with three other authors. Then each one takes a character and expands in another book. Those book are not for the weak hearted though!

This author has great writing skills. She does use graphic words and the book really is essentially written porn with a storyline...but if anyone read the description and/or sample and didn't figure that out...then they're not that bright. Yes, the story is a little cheesy, but show me a romance novel that isn't. I found the sex scenes to be extremely hot and was quite happy with the book because I knew what I was getting when I bought it. This isn't supposed to be intelligent literature, people...just a fun, sexy read for those looking for an erotic novel. With that in mind, I give it four stars - within the erotic novel genre, it's a good book. If you're looking for roses and euphemisms, look elsewhere.

From a romance novel perspective, this story has all the classic segments - desire, coupling then the typical mis- or lack of communication among the characters...unspoken wants, past pain that interferes, plus the multiple past girlfriend (partner) references. Then throw in some blush worthy erotic segments.
This was ok, not really the type of book that I normally would be drawn to but thought I would try it. A little too graphic for me too.
